I cannot get a photo into the area where it says you have to have a photo and it won*t let me finish the return without it .. what can I do ???

Mentor1 year agoTry another browser to rule out a browser issue.
Make sure your image is in the correct format and size range. Make sure you are adding a text comment that is at least two sentences and contains at least one carriage return.
If you are unable to start your return that way, contact eBay customer service directly through the Help & Contact page to have the return started that way.
