Returns
A Buyer requested a return because she changed her mind about the item. ebay ok the return. Instead of returning the item she just messaged me to cancel the return she wants to keep the item. I cannot find any where on my computer, or iphone to cancel the return. WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO? HELP.

The buyer can cancel their return request. It will time out and close on its own if the buyer doesn’t ship the item within a certain time … and you won’t be charged for the shipping label unless the buyer uses it.
