I am being asked to refund a buyer outside of eBay. I shipped an item that was not damaged however buyer states it was damaged. Scratched. Buyer provided pics and the time was not damaged when shipped. I e asked buyer to make a request thru eBay. The buyer has 100% positive eBay rating. Suggestions!? Im a new seller.

The buyer needs to file a Return Request through Ebay.
