I purchased an item, it arrived defective, seller said they would send a replacement. Days, weeks and now months. Excuses holidays, family emergency and still nothing. EBAY will not help. The seller Alice-4925 is still an active seller but refuses to even answer anymore. Any suggestions?

·3 years agoDon't let sellers string you along. Know your deadlines and file before they pass. eBay's Money Back Guarantee must be started within 30 days of the estimated delivery date eBay gave you at checkout or the actual delivery date, whichever is earlier. PayPal is 180 days from payment.
