returns
Whether you want to accept returns or not, Ebay makes you take returns and you have to refund the money pretty much for any reason as long as they say it doesn't match the listing now in theory if it doesn't match the listing, someone needs to verify that it doesn't match the listing because otherwise they're just returning it cause who knows. Sellers are losing money and if the buyer returns something damaged and you say the buyer damaged the item and then returned it. No one's checking whether it's damaged or not, so if a policy has process or system to enforce that policy so that it is fair and real why would they even bother having that policy ? EBay cleverly allows themselves to be totally unaccountable for their own stupid policies. Sellers always pay. Their policies totally take advantage of sellers and eBay is all about the buyers, but guess what if there wasn't sellers there would be nothing to buy there'd be no buyers so maybe they should reconsider and try and be fair and not take advantage of sellers.
