Ebay now automatically accepting and processing returns of sold items without verifying the description in the ad? They are simply assum8ng the that the buyer is truthful.

·3 years agoBots control most of the system, and yes, the system assumes buyers are truthful. For deviations, you would need to ask an agent to step in. If a buyer requests a return for any reason, it is best to accept the return. However, a buyer can be reported for abusing eBay's money back return policy if they are circumventing rules.
