I have experienced the WORST customer service ( or lack thereof) from ebay and seller. I returned an item that I purchased at over 56 dollars and received a refund of less than half of it plus I paid for shipping for the return. I discovered after hours of trying to get a phone number for ebay there isn't one. You go down rabbit holes after rabbit holes trying to talk to someone. I will never purchase another item from ebay or their sellers.
