Returns

Question

I must return two pair of shoes. They both were mailed to me in the same box. However when I went to print out the return mailing labels, I had to print out a separate label for each pair of shoes. The original order form indicates it must be returned with the shoes. I plan on returning them in the same box they arrived in.. How do I make sure I receive credit for both pairs of shoes?

To make sure you are refunded correctly, you must ship each pair back in a separate box, using each shipping label.
