Returns
I bought an item as a guest and the item is the wrong one. I started a return on April 1 and have been trying without success to get a return shipping label. I got an email prompting me to return the item, followed the process and got to a point where I was told that Ebay would be sending me an email with instructions. I haven't gotten that email. I would very much like to talk to a person! Any suggestions?
