Returns
Hello everyone! So I am trying to find out if there is a way to change all of my listing to accept returns? Or do I have to go through each one and change the listings one at a time? Thanks for your help in advance! 😊

Why yes, there is! By setting policies, you can change out one return policy with a different one that has different features.
You can access policy management here: If you haven't enrolled, you will need to do so in order to use this feature
https://www.bizpolicy.ebay.com/businesspolicy/manage
In here you have policies for shipping, returns, payments, etc. I believe when you first activate (enroll) it should auto create any existing rules you are using as polices in here. You can then see how many listings each policy affect.
Though my colleagues above have probably given you a better option.

Mentor2 years agoUse ebay's Bulk Edit feature. I have a macro that explains how to change to 1 day handling, so you can follow it to change to accepting returns.
This is what I did to change handling time to 1-day back when it was required to be a top rated seller:
Using Seller Hub, I went to Manage Active Listings. I clicked the [ ] box in front of Actions to mark all the listings. Then I clicked on the down-arrow next to EDIT and selected Edit all xx listings.
Next I clicked the [ ] box at the top to select all listings. Click on EDIT FIELDS. Click HANDLING TIME. under Edit Handling Time, select CHANGE TO (you can select from 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 10, 15, 20, 30 days). SAVE & CLOSE. Click SUBMIT CHANGES.

Mentor2 years ago@keota-brown You can change them the return settings using the bulk edit feature (for any listing that can be revised - ie no bids, and no best offers outstanding.)
You will need Seller Hub, if you do not have it, here is how to Opt-In to Seller Hub: https://www.ebay.com/sh/landing
Then to Bulk Edit
1) Go to your active listings in Seller Hub: https://www.ebay.com/sh/lst/active
2) Check the box beside each listing you want to make a change to. (start with just 2 listings - later just pick them all)
3) Click "Edit Selected" from the drop-down list
Once Bulk Edit opens,
1) Select your items again, then
2) Bulk Edit
3) Returns <<==
4) Change to allow returns
5) Apply
6) Submit All
7) Confirm and Submit
