Question

i ordered as a guest, have received item but it is not what it stated in article. Having trouble contacting ebay or anyone about the return/ refund process. Is there a phone number ?

You cannot use your Ebay account to go through the return request process if you purchased as a guest.

Log out of your Ebay account and do the following:

Select View order details in your order confirmation email your received from Ebay.
Select Return item.
Select your reason for the return and select Next.
You can add a message to the seller and also upload up to 10 photos showing the item's condition.
Select Confirm return.

The seller has 3 days to respond. If they do not respond, then ask Ebay to step in:

From your order confirmation email, go to View order details, then select Resolutions
OR
From the email you received when you opened the request, go to See request details

From the request details, simply select Ask eBay to step in and help.
