Have you filed a Return Request?
https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/returns-refunds/return-item-refund?id=4041#section1
Be aware that issues with fit is not covered by the Ebay Money Back Guarantee, so if the seller has a "No returns" policy, they will be able to deny the Return Request.
