Bought an item as a guest for a neighbor who doesn’t have internet. Was directed to join eBay before the item could be returned. Now ebay says I have not made any purchases so I cannot return. Seller has always replied until now.

·2 years agoTThe purchase won’t show in your new account history because it wasn’t purchased through the account. You’ll need to go back to your email from when you purchased it to find the link to your guest account.
