I purchased an item is defective and requested an exchange or refund and got a series of of requested examples of the devices problems?! So I sent pictures and descriptions that was met with could the device still be used several times over many days and late night replys sighting hollydays ?! Return was eventually granted with instructions to print out return label {THAT HAS NO LINK TO PRINT !} to a place that is Not Where It Was Shipped From in California but to Australia ?! ASKED SELLER FOR CLARIFICATION and again got a reply could the device still be used?! Any help with this issue that has been going on back and forth for several weeks now and needs to be returned by April 3 2024 will be greatly appreciated !!!

If you filed a Return Request, go back to your Purchase History, click on "See Request details" and click on the link to have Ebay step in to help you. They will either send you a printable return shipping label or issue you a refund.
