Mentor2 years agoAsk the buyer for photos of the damaged item, the outer box and packaging, the shipping label. Ask the buyer to set all of that aside in case the carrier wants to inspect it. You will now file a Cancellation to refund the buyer in full.
Log into USPS.COM and file an insurance claim, uploading the photos the buyer sent. If the USPS accepts your claim, they will send you a check.
