Returns
I’m a seller and agreed to except a return. The item returned was not in the same condition as sold. Had pet hair all over it. How do I deduct the cost to get it laundered before I refund the buyer? When I go through the steps to refund it doesn’t give me an option to deduct anything.

When you sell with no returns, you do not have the option of issuing less than a full refund.
