Returns
First and foremost items I sell are not returnable....After negotiating a lower price buyer purchased a $120 GPU (PC video card) from me. I take great care (time) in testing that the product works and is in good condition...I also document this by video so someone does not claim its broken or I shipped them a brick or an empty box. The buyer requested a refund after receiving the item stating it does not fit. I replied that I do n ot accept returns but if they sent me a photo of the item and the problem. I would consider refunding them. I have not heard back from them. I also reminded the buyer in a message that if the serial number does not match or the item is broken. I would refer them to Ebay... I was considering refunding them but since I have not heard from them I am concerned that I just may be getting scammed. My other fear is that Ebay will just give them their money back anyway. I dont sell a lot and am concerned about my feed back as well.

Mentor2 years agoSince they selected "doesn't fit", ebay will not refund if you deny the return or not till it is returned if you accepted it. You mentioning the serial number may have avoided a scam and buyer is now just going to keep it.

Mentor2 years agoDid buyer open a Return Request through the ebay return system? If so and selected doesn't fit, you can deny or accept the return. If buyer selected Item Not as Described it overrides your no-returns, so if you want the item back before refunding accept the return. Once back you can report the buyer if appropriate.
