Returns
I sent the wrong items to two customers- I crossed up the labels so each customer received the others item.
I provided the return labels to both and subsequently sent the correct items to the correct buyers.
Now the only option I’m offered is to refund the buyers, which I’m not doing because I corrected my mistakes and then some with additional items.
eBay’s seller services suck ass so here I am wasting time on the community page because YOU CANT SPEAK TO ANYONE!

Talking to customer service won't help. The only way to avoid refunding the buyers is to get the buyers to close the returns. eBay will not close the return at the seller's request - only the buyer can close it.
