eBay can not actually guarantee "satisfaction".

"eBay Money Back Guarantee

Get the item you ordered or your money back. Learn more"

The seller's stated policy only applies to "remorse" returns where the buyer has a change of mind. If an item does not arrive or is not as described, eBay's money back guarantee applies.
