How do I get eBay to stop refunding payments when I’m replacing item buyer returned?

Mentor2 years agoeBay does not handle exchanges well. It really only works when you ship the replacement before you get the return, so that the buyer has the new item and is then willing to close the return with no refund.
The only way to not refund is for the buyer to close the return.
