Ok I'm new as a seller .recently a buyer purchased an item but did not put down the apartment number so usps was not able to deliver,,I contact the buyer and asked to check the address he replied that he did not put down the apartment number ...usps is returning the item I have no idea where it Is now .but the buyer mentioned that he still want to repurchase the item once I receive it ....next day buyer opens a return case says he changed his mind that the package is taking to long to arrive... my question is is there anything else on my end that I need to do or should I just wait to receive the item and check to make sure it's in the same condition as sent ?

Mentor2 years agoThe buyer filed the wrong case since he has nothing to return.
When you get the item back, you can use the CONTACT BUYER link to get his Paypal email address. Then you send a MONEY REQUEST through Paypal for reshipping, making sure the apartment number is included. Print the new shipping label using Paypal.
