Returns.
I took 2 identical items to the post office to ship to the same seller. I accidentally gave the clerk the same return code for both items. I have the 2 receipts. Any suggestions? Thank you.

Mentor2 years agoI assume one of the items may be delivered postage due to the seller, if they catch the label duplication. Or one of the packages may be sent back to you - that would be best because then you can send it with the other return label. I don’t know of any way to correct it unless the package comes back.
I think I would wait a day and see what shows up on the tracking.
If both packages make it to the seller, you’ll need to explain what happened. If he had to pay postage due, but he was paying the return anyway, it should not be an issue. Expect - one of them is not going to show delivered to the seller, so you are relying on his honesty to refund you for both.
