If I bought something but never received it, does ebay automatically give me my money back? What if I miss the return window and forget to make a refund request?

Mentor2 years agoYou can't return something you did not receive. You have 30 days after the estimated delivery date to open a not received claim. After that, eBay can not help you, but your card issuer may still be able to help.
No more than 30 days after the last expected delivery date, go to your purchase history - select 'I haven't received it' and follow the prompts.
The seller has 3 business days to provide tracking that shows delivery, or a refund. If he doesn't, go to your case and click 'ask us to step in'.
