If you go to your Purchase history there are links to file returns and if the return warrants a pre paid shipping label then the return flow sends it to you. You do not have to talk to eBay to get that done.
-What is the reason for the return?
-What is the Seller's return policy?
-Are you within 30 days of when it was delivered to you?
