·3 years agoYou can fight it and you will lose and get a defect when eBay steps in to decide. eBay will give their money back and tell them they don't have to return it.
Or you can accept the return and provide a return label and refund when it's returned, or you can refund without requiring them to return it.
Those are your choices.
