Return/Refund Help

Question

I recently sold an item on Ebay. Unfortunately, the buyer was sent the incorrect item. She immediately contacted me and requested a return to ship the item back to me. In the meantime, I shipped her the correct item and she has received it. Now, I have received the returned item. Ebay now prompts me to refund her the money for the purchase, but I sent her the correct item. Is there any way around this without me lowering my seller rating or losing out on the money earned from the transaction?

@sixpackpicks Ask the buyer to close the return request. If the buyer closes it, you won't have to refund.
