Return/refund from a company in China

I ordered parts from a company based in China and the listing showed the parts are compatible with my needs. After receiving the parts without instructions I searched the web only to find that they are NOT comparable with my application 2000 Ford F250.

I want to return the parts and the seller is not helping.

Did you file a Return Request?

Within 30 days from date of delivery, go to your Purchase History, find the item, and under â€œMore actionsâ€ click on â€œReturn itemâ€ and select the reason for the return. â€œ---------â€œ. Attach a photo.
The seller will have 3 business days to either accept the return and provide a prepaid return shipping label OR refund without having you return the item.
If the sellerâ€™s return shipping address is in another country, they will have to send enough funds to cover return shipping, because the seller cannot provide a shipping label good in this country, or they can refund in full without having you return the item. If the seller does neither, click on the link to Ask Ebay to step in, when it shows up in the case.
