Return/Refund
I have returned an item but cannot save the tracking number when I mark the item as shipped. It keeps looping back to the same page and does not save the tracking number. The item has already been returned but I can't receive my refund until it's marked as shipped. I have been trying to contact eBay customer support for a week.

Mentor5 months agoDid you have the clerk at the carrier scan the return label on the package? You needed to do that to show the package was returned to the seller.
