I have been having a problem with returning an item. the site is having technical difficulties when ever I try to print the shipping label. i don't want to run out of time to return. getting very frustrated. HELP ME PLEASE!

If using a PC:
-Clear cookies, cache, browsing history, shutdown and restart and try again
-Try a different browser
-If the above fail consider using the Help & Contact link on the eBay page to request a call back from eBay

OP3 years agothanks mr_lincoln. i've tried all your suggestions except a different browser. i've tried help and contact support but am not getting any support.
