Return/refund
How do you go about getting a refund when the seller sold a fake item. I order some parasuco pants for a 90s party and the pants are fake they got them from Costco. They seller won't do a refund & they told me to throw them away.

You won't be able to add photos here in the community until you've been participating for a while.
You can open a return using the link next to the transaction in your Purchase History if the items are not as described, but I just wanted to alert you to the fact that just because the item came from Costco, if it did, doesn't make it counterfeit - Costco doesn't see counterfeits.
If you received an item that is not as described, you have up to 30 days to open a return using the option next to the transaction in your Purchase History. The seller will have 3 business days to provide a prepaid return shipping label or else refund. If he does neither, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. They will force the refund.
You'll need to add a photo to the return. Just take the photo, save it to your computer, and then click the link in the return to attach it by searching for it wherever you saved it on your computer.
