Returning the wrong item received
Trying to return an incorrect item and Ebay is asking for pictures in a JPEG format. Well, not many 71 year olds are tech gurus and I can't do a JPEG. Any advise or help would be appreciated or how can I actually talk with an Ebay person and not a virtual assistant that does not understand my issue. Thanks

A jpg or jpeg is a photo format - most cameras/smart phones talk photos in JPG format. But if it isn't possible for you, you can contact customer service this way:
eBay doesn't have an incoming phone line for either buyers or sellers. But you can have eBay call YOU, here
