returning shipping overage to a customer
How do I return the extra shipping that my customer paid for shipping? I didn't set up my second item I sold with the discount and customer didn't wait till I sent an invoice with adjustment in shipping.

You'll find the Send refund option in the dropdown next to the order transaction.
