Returning shipping fees for not as described

I am returning a wedding gown for not as described because it is dirty and torn. The seller had charged $100 to ship the dress. Will the shipping cost also be returned to me? How can I ensure that I am made whole again?

Once tracking shows Delivered back to the seller, the seller has 2 days to refund all of the money you paid. If no refund, go back to the case on day 3 and click Ask ebay to step in, to force the refund.
