Returning my item under false pretenses
Customer is returning an item. I suspect it's under false pretenses....
the device is said to just not work
this particular device if not properly functioning correctly simply doesn't work. It's will work with the tv and give some sort of signal, blank screen but with sound, slowly flashing power light. Those response will tell you hey this is messed up! That's why I don't work for you !
the buyer claimed to higher a tech to check out the item. The tech said nope it doesn't work. I suspect the buyer didn't buy the corresponding unit to pair with tv. Or didn't know what the heck they bought! What are y'all's thoughts??

Mentor4 months agoSince eBay never sees the items you list they allow the buyer to determine if the item is as described or not. If the buyer opens an "Item not as described" case you must accept the return, pay the return shipping charge and make a full refund once the item is returned. If you fight the return eBay will force a refund, not return your final value fee and give you a defect on your account. Looking at your sold listings I think I identified the item and you really did not provide much information about the item. So the buyer may have had a problem using the item.
