Returning items that don’t appear in purchase history
I’m trying to return an item that I received from a very reputable buyer that I purchase items before, but these two articles of clothing are too small, and I want to return them and I am going to my purchase history and they’re not listed! I receive them I paid for them now I don’t know how to send them back because they’re not in the purchase history!

Sometimes purchases are made as a Guest and not through one's account. Here is a link to Buying as a Guest so you can check there to see if indeed that is what happened.

Mentor3 years agoIt sounds like you may have purchased them as a guest instead of through your account.
