Returning items that are not shown as Purchases on my account.
There were 4 different purchases (all Foxcroft bouses). The transactions show up on my credit card statement as "Department Store San Jose, CA. No phone number, only large group of numbers which must be their transaction numbers. All the packaging was inadvertently trashed so I have no information whatsoever.

Were they Ebay purchases?
if so, you should still have the Ebay email confirmation of order. If so, click on "View order details".
