Returning item process question
Hello, I recently ordered an album, but I requested to cancel the very same day I placed the order, but the seller decided to refuse my cancellation request and shipped the item the next day. Am I able to return the item while it is in the process of being shipped to me? If not, then when I receive the item already in the package, do I leave it in the package to prove I have not altered it and return it as soon as possible? I am worried the seller won't accept my return request because they do not accept returns and I wanted to avoid that by cancelling my order the same day, but they decided to ship it anyways.

Mentor11 months ago@xpir_99 Buyers can only request order cancellations. The seller can approve or decline.
If the sellers return policy is no returns then they can deny a buyers remorse return.
Do NOT refuse the package as that will NOT result in a refund.
You can't return an item you don't yet have.
