Thank you superstar, this return has been so embarrassing and immature , going back and forth with him, seller had no remorse, apologies or would just admit he made a mistake. Heck i do all the time, and will jump all over getting it right. Soon as the motors arrived i opened them and sent him a photo of the wrong motor. First reply was your warehouse messed up, second reply was shipping weights are identical, send me the shipping labels off the boxes. Then he ignored me for a day. These motors were for a industrial project i was doing, heck i ordered 15 SEW motors on ebay and he was the only issue. That’s when i went though ebay and did the not as described claim. Tell me something do i have to keep replying to accusations like, you took apart my motor, paint chipped off screws, you bent the motor shaft. I would of loved to show the community how ridiculous people can be. Then a friend told me look at his feedbacks, OMG!!! How is he still allowed to sell on ebay? Someone d me don’t expect to see your refund or it will be hardly anything because they make claims its not the same or messed up.
Sounds like a bad seller to ignore and avoid in the future. Just make sure you ask ebay to step in if you do not get a refund or prepaid return label by the fourth day. Also remember you do not have to accept a partial refund, if he offers that.
Open a Return Request for an ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED. Seller will pay for the return, if he wants it back, and/or refund. If no response by the fourth day, go back and ask ebay to step in. Do not close or let the case expire without doing this, if not resolved.
