The seller pays return shipping if you select not as described as the reason for return.
If the seller is in a different country, he can’t provide a label, but eBay can instruct the seller to send you the money to pay the return shipping. They cannot force him to reimburse you if you paid for the shipping yourself.
IF the seller cannot send a label, or doesn’t send a label, go to your request and click ‘ask us to step in’.
