Returning item label issue
So I purchased a coin that turned out to be a counterfeit. When I requested a return the seller sent a return shipping label, which I printed and shipped the package back. USPS tracking (9400108105463563739521) shows that the return package was delivered on march 31. However, when I go to check on the status of the return, it says that I still need to print out the return label, which is the same usps tracking number. It won’t let me reach out to eBay to step in because the system still thinks I haven’t printed it out yet. The eBay automated customer service system is worthless here as it just keeps sending me back to the label. I don’t want to reprint the label and mess something up, and I don’t trust the seller to do what’s right. Why does the return label say I haven’t printed it when the number proves I did? How do I contact an actual person at eBay customer service? The seller is unresponsive
