Returning Item got closed, the seller sent me another return label.
Hello there,
I bought 4 hard drives (Exos 10 TB) Enterprise level. Unfortunately, one of the disks failed which cause a delay on my project. I contacted the seller regarding this issue, he apologized and sent me a return label from his side using UPS (which is different than Ebay label), I have the label and tracked it on UPS website; it shows it was delivered to him.
As I got busy, didn't follow up with this issue until now. I sent him couple of messages regarding this, and till this moment didn't receive any response from him. I tried to contact Ebay to file a claim, but my return was closed as I didn't return it on the time frame provided to me, and as I said, got busy to keep following up with this issue until now.
I can provide you with all the communication between me and the seller and can provide you with all required information regarding this issue.
