Returning item for refund ordered item under guess and not my sign in .. NEED Help

I ordered an item under Guess

I have a email confirmation of the shipment coming June 26

I have an order number that's not working for the return

The seller said I can return however it won't allow me to click on return since I signed in as GUESS

I have a shipping label from the seller and of course no address

I need a refund and return this

Purchases made as a guest are separate from purchases made as a registered member. You will need to sign in with the email address you used as a guest along with the PASSCODE that ebay sent to you in an email. Then you can file a Returns Request.
