Returning item for refund
My seller changed the posting from "Returns accepted" to no returns and cancelled my request. Now I have no recourse but to leave negative feedback. My request was "closed" by the seller and I can't seem to get to the "ebay money back guarantee coverage". How does one handle this situation other than keeping the item and possibly reselling on ebay?

Mentor3 years agoA seller cannot change the return policy after the item is sold. What you see in your Purchase History is a copy of the listing as it was when it was purchased.
What was the reason for the return? The Money Back Guarantee covers you when the item is not as described or damaged/defective. If the seller's policy is No Returns, that means he doesn't take returns for buyer's remorse (changed mind, doesn't fit, didn't like, etc.).
