Returning Item for Refund

Question

I have returned an item to China from the US,

I started a return through eBay, but clos d it because the Merchant said he would refund me the money no problem.

He has the package for one week, no r fund & no response through messaging.

What do I do.

Unfortunately, at this point you will not receive a refund as you closed the case before the seller performed. You were scammed by the seller. A legitimate seller would not instruct you to give up your buyer protection BEFORE he takes care of the problem.

You can contact your credit card company to see if they can help with a refund.
