Returning item for exchange to the seller
This may seem complicated , but simply what happened in this scenario :
I contacted a seller with a detailed description of what product I required and the seller replied with a return message indicating they would supply as per my product description.
I want this query to end with amicable outcome.
My issue is that I accidentally selected and received the product not as per my message description.
can anyone confirm does the buyer or seller have to pay for return postage of the incorrect product and postage cost for for seller sending correct product?
