Hi, I ordered an item but ordered it with an address by mistake unintentionally and tried to get a hold of the seller, emailed him twice and no response. The next few days get notification that the item is shipping and the seller lets me know it already shipped. I was very upset because I emailed him the day I made the order, I never been so upset because he also mentioned he was busy but as a seller should check the email of the order and should get some notification as well. So I thought it was ridiculous, he told me to contact eBay but ha do no ideas how as I already tried help & Contact but can’t get hold of an actual person or email them. Would appreciate any help.
