Returning item

Question

went to return order that had 2 items in it, started return and noticed that only 1 of the items was listed for return.

I canceled that return so I could include both items and now it tells me return is closed for this order.

How can I remedy this?

Once you close a return, it cannot be reopened. You needed to file a return for each item. I'd contact ebay customer service to see if they can help.
