Returning broken iphone
I sold an iPhone in “as is/for parts†condition. I was the only owner and I never repaired it. The buyer is now trying to return the phone- saying someone tried to repair it unsuccessfully. This is simply not true and now I’m worried that they’re return it in poor condition and probably missing the charger I gave them. I didn’t advertise as having it come in the original box but that was another reason he said he was returning it. This doesn’t make sense and now somehow I’m responsible for paying shipping?

·3 years agoYes, when a buyer files an INAD and you want it returned before refunding, accept the return and pay return shipping.
If you don't provide return shipping, Ebay could refund the buyer from your account and let them keep it.
Something like that, it's better to sell it cheap.
