returning and refund

Hi, eBay community. I bought a D'SQUARE hoodie seller's description is NEW but the item is worn and washed and placed the label tag back. There is even a 'small dot black' mark on the jumper even my daughter checked and noticed it's been washed. I contacted the seller but she insisted on putting a dispute on eBay. Please help thank you.

Start with opening a return request for an item that doesnâ€™t match the listing. This includes items being faulty or damaged.

From the problematic item, you have to make pictures (at least 1) and upload them.

The seller has to accept the return and provide a return label. Or send shipping money, before you return with tracking.

The seller has to provide a clear return address.

Ask eBay to step in, if the seller doesn't cooperate. You can do that 3 full business days later.
