Returning an Order For A Refund
I received a different item than I ordered so I started a return request but I'm not able to add a photo , it says to try again . I've reduced the size and resaved the photo as both a jpeg and a png , it still won't work .
What now ?

Mentor2 years ago@bobandbuddy Contact eBay customer service and let them know you can't add a photo and they will help get the refund request started without the photo. You could send the seller a photo in eBay messages, it won't count for the sale but it will let them know that there was a mistake.
